Please note this website is for applications for mandatory licensing only, for houses in multiple occupation (hmos) with 5 or more occupants.  

Smaller hmos (3-4 occupants) require a hmo licence under our additional licensing scheme,  please do not use this website to complete an applicaiton for a 3-4 person hmo please use our separate application portal
